When do your products expire?

Each of our products features a 6-digit best-by date code printed at the bottom of the front label. This date reflects a 21-month shelf life from production. For the best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying the product before this printed date.

Why does it say ‘Refrigerate Upon Purchase’ or ‘Refrigerate After Opening’ on your products?

Our products recommend refrigeration because cold storage is the best way to preserve their premium quality and full flavor. Many of our recipes — like our Horseradish Mustard, which is made with fresh prepared horseradish — are all natural. Over time, if left unrefrigerated for extended periods, the bold flavor will gradually lose its strength.

Do you sell merchandise?

Yes! We offer a Gift Card for purchase directly on our website. They are available in four denominations: $10, $25, $50, and $100, making it easy to share Weber’s Brand with friends and family.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by visiting our All Products, Mustard, or Relish pages. Once there, simply choose the product you would like, select the number of jars to add to your cart, and proceed to checkout to enter your shipping and billing information.

If you would like to order a full case, just add 12 jars of any product to your cart — this provides the best value on shipping costs.

Do you sell products on Amazon?

Yes. Several third-party vendors currently offer select Weber’s Brand products on Amazon. However, not all of our condiments are available there. For our full product lineup, we recommend ordering directly through webersmustard.com.

Why do you not sell Weber’s Brand Francisco Style products on your website?

We currently do not ship Weber’s Brand Francisco Style products due to a combination of limited supply and their highly breakable packaging. These items come in glass jars with metal caps, which makes them more prone to damage during shipping. For this reason, they are available only through select in-store retailers.

Was Weber’s Brand bought out by The Kraft Heinz Company?

No, Weber’s Brand has never been acquired by The Kraft Heinz Company. In 1922, Joseph Weber and John Heintz (no relation to the Heinz family) founded Heintz & Weber Co., Inc.
