Shipping and Purchasing
Shipping and purchasing rates are determined by the total weight of your order and how many products can safely fit into each package. Each package can hold up to 12 jars, and shipping costs are calculated based on how many packages are required to fulfill your order.
- Shipping rates are not affected by your location.
- For larger orders, the cost per jar decreases, offering greater value when you buy in bulk.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping directly through our website. As a small company, the combination of high shipping costs and required customs documentation makes it difficult for us to provide this service — though expanding to international shipping is a goal for the future.
However, we do have an option available.
If you’re interested in placing an international order, please contact us. We’ll gladly provide a quote for product and shipping costs. We don’t love the high shipping fees either, but we’re always happy to help you get your favorite Weber’s products wherever you are!
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS to ensure reliable delivery and consistent service. Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be sent directly to your email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
- Orders are processed Monday-Thursday.
- Orders generally take 3–5 business days to arrive once they’ve been shipped, though delivery times may vary slightly based on USPS transit schedules.
