In 2010, Weber’s Brand welcomed something new into our family — and in many ways, something deeply aligned with who we’ve always stood for.

Through the acquisition of a small, local Francisco product line, we introduced what became our Weber’s Brand Francisco Style collection. It wasn’t just an expansion — it was an evolution. Alongside our signature mustards and relishes came bold, vibrant flavors across Greek pepperoncini, Spanish olives, and giardiniera lines — each one crafted to bring something unexpected to the table while staying rooted in tradition.

At the heart of this line is the same philosophy that has guided Weber’s Brand since 1922: do it right, or don’t do it at all.

Every jar is packed using our handcrafted brines — made from a closely held recipe and layered with herbs and seasonings to create a flavor profile that is distinctly Weber’s. These products aren’t just sides — they’re meant to inspire. From topping sandwiches to transforming meals, and even repurposing the brines into marinades and dressings — they invite creativity in every kitchen.

Over time, our Francisco Style line became a meaningful part of our story — and for many, a staple in Buffalo homes.

Then in 2025, we faced one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make. We discontinued our Spanish olives — products that meant so much to us and to so many of you. Rising global costs, sourcing challenges due to recent European droughts, tariffs, and the realities of small-batch production made it unsustainable to continue without compromising the quality we refuse to sacrifice. That decision ultimately brought our total product offering back to 13 — a number that reflects not less passion, but a sharper focus on doing things the right way.

It was never about demand. It was about protecting the integrity of the Weber’s Brand name.

That same commitment continues to guide us today.

Furthermore, due to ongoing constraints with sourcing, labor, and the challenges of shipping delicate, glass-packed products, Weber’s Brand does not currently offer shipping for the Francisco Style line. We know this isn’t ideal for everyone, especially those who have supported us from outside our home region.

However, for those here in Western New York, the Francisco Style line remains available throughout the Buffalo–Niagara region — right where this story continues to live and grow.

We remain incredibly proud of what this line represents: bold flavor, craftsmanship, and a willingness to evolve without ever losing sight of our roots. While certain chapters have come to a close, our commitment to quality — and to the people who have supported us for over a century — remains as strong as ever.
