In 2010, Weber's Brand acquired a small line of local products from Francisco. The merger introduced Weber's Brand Francisco Style products to the already famous condiment line, including Greek pepperoncini, Spanish olives, and giardiniera. The addition of these products helped round out Weber's Brand with 18 individual lines, supplying fresh new flavors and spice most people have never thought of before.

All brines are handmade from a secret recipe with the addition of different herbs and seasonings to create a much more bold and vibrant Weber's Brand taste the company prides itself on. After using the product, the company encourages people to use the brines as marinades for meats or as an ingredient for salad dressings.

Due to the constraints with supply and demand, manual labor, and shipping damages, the Heintz and Weber Co., Inc. does not currently ship this product line. Although this is a downside, local consumers are able to find the entire product line throughout the Buffalo-Niagara region.
