Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped.

 

Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Food Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. Please email us at webersbrand@gmail.com and include the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Shipping Address
  4. Photos of the incorrect or damaged items

Once received, our team will review your submission and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

 

Refunds/Exchanges for Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise Orders

All limited-release pre-order sales are final. We cannot process refunds/exchanges for incorrect sizing as everything is made-to-order. Please follow available sizing charts prior to ordering

  • Discounted items
  • International orders
